C2C are linked to Revenue Targets starting from 6.00 lac for AGM, 8.00 Lac for DGM and 12.00 Lac for GM. Other than Banker, Experienced candidates with proven track record in Bank Recovery Agency may also be considered for this post.

Business Development Executive - 10 in a state @ C2C of Rs. 3.00 lac pa - to procure the empanelment with Banks, NBFCs and HFCs and develop the business in given territory.

Operation Executive - 40 @ C2C of Rs. 1.80 Lac pa

CLA - (Chartered Legal Associate) for field work in their local area to visit the borrowers. Must have Bike and Android Mobile.
